Been going to Longhorn a long time on a regular basis. Last night was given a leather bound menu. Of course the prices were increased dramatically! Prices have been going up steady but really, do we need leather bound menus. I'd rather pay a little less and stick with the plastic menus. It is a casual steakhouse.
You are making it less and less affordable for the average person. It isn't like you even put anything new on the menu, same sides for years. Pay attention to your clientele, the ones you are pricing out of the market.
