I go to McDonalds on Gallia St. in Portsmouth Ohio for coffee every 3 days for YEARS! On Tuesday 12/6 at 7:30 in the evening I visited the drive thru to get my coffee for the next 3 days. My order was very simple...3 large coffee's with 15 creamers on the side. What came up on the screen was 3 small coffee's. I told the employee I wanted large coffee's. She said "I know. I hit the wrong button". As she was correcting the order on the screen she put "water" and then "ADD 15 creamers" (I never once said water) I told her "I want the creams on the side". Her reply..."I know! I'll make SURE when you get your coffee it will have the creamers on the side" very rudely like it was my fault I corrected her. I told her that all I know is what I see on the screen and she had my order wrong so I was just correcting her. Again she rudely told me she would make sure my creams were on the side. Do employees at McDonalds actually expect customers to accept the wrong order on the screen and not point out that it's wrong? I don't know what's in her head...I only know what's on the screen. She could have made a joke out of it "My fingers aren't working tonight" or whatever and I would have been fine, but she was rude and must have felt I was also for merely correcting HER mistakes. Too bad I love their coffee (hate the food, though) because they would never see me again!!!
