The kitchen was visible from where I sat, which didn't bother me much. The staff was friendly, but having to endure Wolf Blitzer on the TV while waiting was a bit of a challenge. Despite our initial skepticism, the Romanburger and hot buttered steak sandwich turned out to be surprisingly fresh and delicious, complemented perfectly by the warm and hearty waffle fries. The standout element, however, was the exceptional service provided by Angela, who displayed a level of attention to detail and competence that exceeded my expectations for a fast-food establishment.
