The food is delicious and reasonably priced, with the best ranch dressing I've ever tasted. The delivery is fast and the service is excellent. The cozy dining area is perfect for a quick bite, and I appreciate the owners' focus on family values.

Terrible. Messed up my pizza after I repeated it. Hair in my pizza. Rude when I called. We aren't going back. Too bad because they have good food, but gone downhill.

So disappointed. They need to hire competent managers first!!! Defiance manager was Taylor, was not only useless, but very unprofessional. She just gave Defiance Padrones a bad name and reputation.

Oh my god! So disgusting! I asked for a chicken bacon ranch sub with NO onions. They repeated it 3 times with no onion and I got onion. I live by mercy so I am not far away. Then we order 2 subs and 1 pizza. It took them 2 hours. We walked down there when it took them 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then they delivered it, guess what? They were teenagers saying well we are busy. I said,"Well, if you have a job do it." We got the food and it was still hot. Terrible!

I ordered 2 taco pizzas they get here a hour later and there was no toppings...lettuce,tomato,cheese, sour cream so I called and they asked if I wanted credit or for them to remake them and we wanted new ones because my order was 37.50 well they brought me two new ones and guess what one had toppings not the other and no sour cream Really.... l will never order from them again VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! They don't deserve one star!!!!

This is one of those "you'll love it if you're from around here" places and many of the area restaurants are like that. If you're not from around here, it is a decent pizza and maybe one of the better choices, but don't expect it be a great pizza.
On our third take out order, there was a long strand of hair in my salad three bites in. I threw it away and had to make myself dinner while I watched the fam eat pizza. I called to notify them and wasn't wanting or expecting anything as I had already decided I wouldn't risk such a long drive for us to have hair in our food again. The female manager offered to replace the salad and I politely said no thank you and then she offered a credit. I was hesitant, but I said sure anyways. Flash forward to about a month or so later and I happend to be in the area and remembered the credit. When I asked how much I had in credit, I was told four dollars.....which the salad with the hair was 6.25. What is the point of giving a customer a credit if you're going to only give them a partial credit? That is your opportunity to retain a customer. Hair in the food happens, but I'm sure to leave a review now for poor customer service. It wasn't like I ordered an all meat large pizza and demanded a full refund. I wasn't wanting one, but if you're going to offer, do it right.

i like padrones they have good pizza and the subs are great period!!

Great food just wouldn't do delivery even though it says it's free it takes forever to get your food might as well pick it up in the store it would be faster and easier
