This restaurant has been a beloved fixture in Lake County for years, and I always make a point to stop by when I'm nearby. The staff is incredibly hardworking and friendly, ensuring that even when it gets busy, everything runs smoothly. I've enjoyed many items on the menu, from their delicious cheesesteaks to the tasty fried mushrooms, and I can't wait to try something new on my next visit!

Grew up in Euclid. Papa Joe's was a staple. Moved to mentor where they lasted a hot minute. Got a sammy for the first time in a couple years from eastlake and it went straight to the garbage after two bites.The sogginess was horrendous. Not using sesame seeded french bread but using cheap bread is a travesty. I can honestly say for the first time in over 30 years I will never eat here again. For us true blue papa Joe's eaters you have ruined it forever.

Papa Joe's has such a long and rich history..from great food, to great people, always smiling, and everytime you walk in, you get a sense of pride and they treat you like family. I've been a fan ever since my first Super Burger, to the Fried Mushroons, the food never disappoints.... Thank you for carrying on a family tradition.

Any chance of getting a Papa Joe's on the west side of Cleveland, OH? I was visiting a friend in Willoughby Hills recently and we ordered take out from Papa Joe's in Willowick. Really good food and great selection choices but too far to go to pick up from the westside.

Usually things are pretty good here but lately the quality has been lacking. The service was just ok-lots of teenagers with "I don't care" attitudes. We ordered two subs and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. When we got home, we found that the soup was filled like 2/3 full. When you're paying almost $4, you'd like a full bowl! The crackers they gave were completely stale as well. We then tried our subs and were so disappointed to find that not only was the bread dried out, but they're definitely putting less meat on them! We ended up throwing away the other halves of our subs. I think we'll be staying away for quite awhile!

Called an order in, the man said be ready in 15 so I get there wait about 7 minutes and the girl tells me they haven't started the order yet. I canceled and left. They play loud ungodly music a real shame. I used to brag about the place now I warn people.

Ordered 3 subs one of which contained a burger . Although the employee put on gloves to make my order he was going to continue using the same gloves he just touched raw meet with. I had to ask him to change the gloves. Other employees were also wearing gloves to do a lot more than make food. I witnessed 2 answer the phones and then proceed to finish cooking. If my order wasn't already paid for I would have left. Proper food handling needs to be taught at this establishment !
