I ordered a takeout pizza with 2x pepperoni from the Bridgeport restaurant and I got toppings, such as black mushrooms that I didn't like and didn't order. I returned the wrong pizza to a girl who came to the register and she told me to get it out of the store. She said she would have to contact the district manager for my refund. After a week with no response I called back and got the restaurant Mgr and told her what happened. She said to come down and I could get my money back. I gave her my receipt and she had me sign a receipt for my money back. I mentioned that I mentioned to some people what happened and that Mgr said that I wasn't very nice. I never got my money back in my account. I spent 3 trips down there. Terrible service and attitude by the staff. I would give a rating of 0 once again but you have to make 1 the lowest number.

Okay, this is the second time that we have placed orders for over $35.00 and BOTH times we have been VERY dissatisfied with this place. It has been well over 2 hours after the worker said it would be 35 minutes. The first time this happened we were understanding, things happen but not this time! So after 2 1/2 hours I was more upset due to the fact that they were supposed to run my order as credit, when the driver got here he still didn't give us our order cause someone didn't put it through, so my kids are standing there hungry waiting longer! Once the order came through our door, it was still incorrect! We received 2 large pizzas, 1medium and two of them are the exact same!!! Wth! So with all the unhappiness we've had the past 3 call-ins, they give me a credit due to the fact that they OVERCHARGED my order!!!!! NOW I'm LIVID, not to mention all this one day post-op when I thought this was going to be easy:(
