My wife and i went into pizzazio's pizza on a Wacky wednesday. we were waited on by a young lady named Jessica who was very energetic and ready to please. we were both tired from a long road trip and just wanted something to eat. We had Italian sub and chicken garlic parm. sub. WE both asked for a wrap instead of bread. Even though it wasn't on the menu it was still made for us. The people were very accommodating for two weary travelers. We just wanted to say thank you for being so nice and to you Jessica (justin) for waiting on us.we will eat here again.

Today is our first time eating here in several months hoping for the good experience we once enjoyed.
We used to eat here 2-3 times a week but within the last 6 months things have gone from bad to worse. The menu and prices are constantly changing and they are always "out of that".
Although redecorated within the past several years it is now dingy in appearance.
Today was very disappointing! The once fabulous Wacky Wednesday Pizza tasted like a frozen pizza from the supermarket.
We do hope for a turnaround to the once enjoyable dining experience.

The first time we stayed at the hotel across the street a few years ago on the way to Canada, we were tired, hot, and beyond exhausted. We didn't want fast food, so we ran (literally) across the street to Pizzazio's. I. Fell. In. Love. And vowed to come back. We had taken a route we didn't normally take to Canada (from Louisiana), but we made sure that that would be the route we would take from then on. The second time both our trip up and back down took us through Seville (on purpose). And my husband tried the fries. I think I ate most of them because they were so perfect. On the way back through, we almost didn't make it to the hotel in time to eat at Pizzazio's, so we had them deliver the food to the hotel room...fries and chicken strips. I can't say enough about how wonderful the fries are. The lasagna is also fabulous!

Horrible....Horrible...Horrible.....the experience...the food...the price......don't bother reading the menu they provide on line....they "don't have that any more"....just ridiculous....never going there again

I go there at least once a week to eat in or carry out I love there burgers and homemade fries huge portion and the salads are very good... I also love the foldovers, the service is great I usually have Amanda a bubbly waitress that is always friendly and quick... I'll keep coming back..

So glad we found a great place to eat at exit 2 off I76. Will definitely stop at Pizzazio's again on our way from Youngstown to Columbus.

Got their cheeseburger foldover (calzone). And the chicken ranch foldover. Delicious and inexpensive! Excellent service! 4.5 star rating in our opinion.

I ordered Chicken Alfredo with extra meat. Fabulous. I definitely got extra. It tasted sooooo good . Great job:)

Have gotten fold from here a few times now never have a problem with them answering the phone the food is great and service is quick. They have great lunch deals and delivers to my work

Just picked up pizza. Noticed specials on board next to register. For the price I paid for a medium, I could of gotten an X large with an additional topping. When I mentioned it, I was told they "tell people what the specials are if they ask". Nice. Pizza not bad..but I won't return just on principle. Felt ripped off.

The woman manager is just the worst. She changes rules and standards based on how she feels that day. I get a different answer from her every time I speak with her. She also always guesses on your order if she doesn't hear you. I think there food is great but it's a crap shoot whether or not u will actually get what u paid for. Then it has to come to an argument to get what u ordered. It has happened more than 4 times. The place really would be better off without her.
One more thing, they have a pizza club for ppl that order all the time. And now that manager tells me she won't take my card over the phone anymore. I have to come in and get pizza to use it. But I have used it many times over the phone.

To missy who left the comment about not answering the phone on 8/8/13.... The reason the phone was not answered was because the shop was closed due to the funeral of the founder Rick Thomson. His employees were at the funeral and were there supporting the family. The food is amazing and I ask that you please come in and try their food or call and order. Thank you.

Well Let me start by saying the pizza and fold overs are good but unless your going in to the restaurant to order here in Seville you will never know because they NEVER ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!!

Awesome new Pubburgersv from Seville!! And they are huge!! Kudos to the chef and staff!
