Hey there, newbie alert! Just moved in, so no clue where my kitchen stuff is yet. Tried Red's based on Google pics alone - nailed it! Got my order fast and sizzling hot, but let's talk about the cheese overload on that pizza! If you're a cheese fiend like me, this is your haven. Only thing missing? Some pizzazz in the crust, a little flavor kick would've been the cherry on top.

They have a buffet on wednesdays, at least that's what the sandwich board outside says, from 11-2 but dont expect pizza to be on the buffet, I know I'm a little out of line expecting pizza at a pizza place. Went in at noon, aside from no pizza the customer service? I'd rather clean their toilets with my younger than talk to the dirtbag tattoo lady...she slams stuff around, cusses, sighs over and o er, it wasn't even friggin busy and this woman was absolutely overwhelmed...I will never go back. Be wary of who you hire, your food may be spectacular (I'll never know about the pizza) but your customer service is like you only hire from prison reformatories. Best of luck but your employees will sink you

Hands down the best pizza! The pizza is out of this world, they don't skimp on the toppings. Worth the drive.

We have gotten Red's Pizza exclusively for many of years. My oldest lives in Toledo now and I'm the other 2 are in MI. They always want Red's when they come home😋😋😋😋

We have ordered here 4 years and after the owner passed away the service went down hill but I had to tell ya the last 2 time we have ordered here our food was amazing last night our fold over was on point cheese and all hot and a good delivery time last week we ordered dinner and the cheese bread and all was great I don't know what has changed in the past few years but keep it up a happy customer

food has for sure gone down hill. salads are brown pizza is either burnt or gooey. last time we ordered the bread we couldn't eat t Tasted like chemicals. wont order again Have said it before and after a few months or so tried and the same thing and now the past year it is really bad.. Hate to say it but the business across the street from them is tasting better and I never ever thought I would say that

This is the third time that I've ordered since Jim (the owner) passed. The food is not the same. The service is horrible. You're told 35-40 mins for your order. Over an hour later still no food. You call and they say it's just leaving. If you're busy or know that you'll be busy, let the customers know. Jim would tell us he was busy it would be about an hour. My food would be ready at that time. When tell people a time that their food will be ready at certain time, that's when then they expect it. They need to learn how to run a business.

I have known Jim (the owner) forever, and he is a great guy.
He also knows how to make a GREAT pie, but he seems to have stopped doing it very consistently. The last several months, the ingredients have gotten skimpy, (especially the cheese) and the evening crews have become a complete train wreck.....(Forgot to put the order in....forgot ingredients....charged the wrong price...told me 25 minutes, and then took 55...etc. etc.) By the way.....I don't care if it's 55 minutes to get a pie.....I understand things get busy sometimes.... but just tell me the truth when I order.
There are new faces behind the counter in the evenings almost every time you go in, and that CAN"T be helping much.
I suggested a while back to them that I understand that cheese is the most expensive topping, but that they needed to pick up the old habits of adding cheese...even if they need to adjust prices. Well....it hasn't happened, so I quit doing business there, and am paying the extra $1 to $1.50 at their main competitor, and getting a good pie again.
The only thing left there is the lunch buffet (which is $6.25 including your drink....a real bargain in my opinion) and the daytime people do a fairly good job.
As for my evening pickup or delivery orders, I will no longer be calling on Reds. It's too bad, because they KNOW how to do it right, but they have stopped.

I quit ordering from Reds. Seems the pizza is either burnt or gooey.... Salads are brown. Use to be my favorite but now unless its free im not going back. The owner Terri has a nasty rep. two faced and thinks she is better then others and she is just a drunk.
