Sarah's location deserves five stars for its delicious food, especially the mashed potato pizza, and for their exceptional customer service in promptly answering the phone. Despite living in Eaton, where the service is subpar, I am willing to make the 20-minute drive to this location because of the great experience. The owner should address the issues at the Eaton location to maintain the reputation of the business. The mashed potato pizza and tropical options are must-tries that will leave you wanting more.

Order approximately every two weeks. The service I've experience has been good. Delivery time is average, I've never had to wait so long that I'm noticing how long it took. Food quality is good, about average ingredient quality. Definitely better than you'd find at a Domino's. I've never been disappointed. Having gone inside to order a few times, the service was fairly quick. Somewhat friendly, not rude and prompt. On par with similar businesses. It's an older building but the kitchen area wasn't dirty. They were observing sanitary food handling procedures, food preparation areas were clean. Overall, about average experience.

The food is good but there prices are getting ridiculous and there service it HORRIBLE. I live in lewisburg I can order a pizza at 5pm and I won't get it till 6:30. I had a friend that worked there a d when they get busy the leave the phone off the hook. I tried ordering a pizza for a half hour before they picked up the phone. Sarah's pizza has lost my business.

This facility is disgusting! So unclean and unsanitary. If you only knew what was dripping into your meat before it is put onto your pizza or that the employees don't even wash their hands after using the bathroom before going to make your food then maybe you would think twice about eating food from Sarah's. I've heard the one in Brookville is great but this one needs new owners/employees or needs shut down before someone gets seriously sick. I live in Lewisburg and would rather drive to another town to get food and haul my 2 toddlers around then to conveniently get food from this nauseating restaurant.

Pizza is ok the subs are real good. Terrible customer service though. They sound like they don't want your service when you call it in.

Good food, especially the sub & breadsticks. Horrible service. My husband & I always beg one another to do the calling in because they are so rude. The only reason we continue ordering from this location is because we don't have many other options that will deliver to our town. Every once in a while we will get someone nice on the phone but the majority of the time it's a lady who sounds like she doesn't want or care for the our business & is annoyed we are ordering period. Others have said the same thing. We are normally very polite people when dealing with food service because we both have been in the food service business before. In my opinion they should thank me & even say have a good day or something along that line but we rarely get that from there & this past time I called I thanked the lady on the phone & wished her a good evening & she didn't say anything at all. That's not the first time either. Bad customer service is a pet peeve of ours. They need to work on it. Fix the customer service & it will be a pretty great place!

Grew up here and I Love the food and people there. Great family owned business, gives a small town feel they know your name when you come in!
