I stumbled upon this place while visiting the appliance store next door and instantly felt welcomed by the friendly atmosphere. Despite not being hungry at the time, I was impressed by the variety on the breakfast menu and decided to come back to try the food. The all-beef hot dog served Coney style was delicious, and the bar had a good selection of beers that kept me longer than planned.

The food is great. However the service is horrible. If you want jelly for your toast you have to ask for it. You want a refill to go they ask I will bring you a cup and you can take what is in your glass. I think it was warmer outside than inside the building. If you are a man you will get really good service. Sad !!!

We bring my daughter'sand grandson up to Spengler's at least twice a year. This Saturday for our birthdays and again in the fall for the colors and fun at Spengler's. We come from Jackson,Mi, Fort Wayne, IN, and Oregon, Oh. We love Spengler's and always have a great time and great food. Can't wait!
