Incident at the Springfield, Ohio No. 440 Steak and Shake @ 4:29 PM I placed an order at the order Kiosk. I asked for the burger a #6 the regular way but no Diced onions. My wife Karen told me to check the burger because this location has a problem on deleting the diced onions. I checked at the window and pointed out I did not ask for sauteed onions. The Person at the window begin to blame me. I told her the word sauteed never left my lips. She proceed to want to argue. I told her I was NOT going to argue. She became VERY upset and left the window according to Robert W. she was crying. Robert W. said for me NEVER come back to HIS store calling me a FUCKER numerous times with no provocation. I am very Senior and my wife is a 76 year old Grand-mother. I NEVER seen / heard such an off the hook reaction. I assume the elder person in charge was Robert W.
