My last three visits my food has been called and service was always very rude God for bid you ask for salt or catch up you get the evil eye I miss the old steak 'n Shake with the old GM he had that place up and running and everything was always wonderful about it food service quality the whole nine

Service sucks!!! Took 40 minutes for a burger, chicken tenders, and two orders of fries to come out. And even worse... my fries had a hair on them!! Milkshakes take FOREVER to be made, and they aren't even good👎🻠If you want a milkshake or ice cream, then I suggest going to D.Q. or a local spot. The food is sometimes good, it's a hit or miss. They get orders wrong and people just stand around sometimes. 👎ðŸ»ðŸ‘ŽðŸ» Step up your game
