I'm pretty aggravated at this point. I called in at 3pm for a party of 14. I chose Texas Roadhouse for my birthday dinner. We were do at 5:30 and it's now 6:17 and we are still waiting to be seated. Unreal.

Waited over an hour after being told it would be 20 to 25 minute wait. Would probably still be waiting if we had not checked. Amazing how once we questioned the long wait a table was immediately available. We were seated with a basket of rolls and 40 minutes later we still hadn't had anyone take our order for food or drinks. Again we questioned if we had been forgotten the answer was no one was assigned to our table. We were given a free appetizer and once we finally got our order the food was ok. When we paid we gave the waitress $70 she didn't come back to the table with change so I approached her about the change. She said she thought it was her tip. After the lousy service we shouldn't have left a tip at all, let alone over $14. I only gave her a tip because the wait wasn't her fault. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend the Hamilton Ohio Texas Roadhouse to any one and will not be eating there again.

I've always liked this place. Good food, good service and fair price. However, I completely lost my appetite yesterday while eating when I spotted another patron with a live reptile on her shoulder! I asked our waitress if that was allowed in their establishment but she had an uneasy response.
