The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The menu had a variety of options, but the standout was definitely the German dishes. The service was friendly and accommodating, making our visit enjoyable overall. I would gladly return for another meal and recommend it to others in the area.

We had big party in back room. chairs were in bad condition, cuts in the seating. Poor air circulation, very stuffy. Only one server for our group. We had reservations, they should have had more servers.. She was slow and couldn't remember who ordered what. chicken was so thin, I wasnt sure it was chicken. We had to go look for her several times. When billing came she couldn't break down billing. We had to do it ourselves.
Very slow service. Most of us were done eating before some got their food. Some didn't get what they wanted, just settled for what they got. Poor customer service. I will never go there again...

party of 6 for New Year's Eve. Other 4 persons in party received salads and were finished before we could even flag down waitress to tell her she never brought ours. Of course then our entrees were brought out before we could finish our salads and then our baked potatoes were cold , so cold the butter didn't even begin to melt. Our drinks were terrible as we ordered whiskey and pepsi with a lime wedge and they served us a drink with more than half lime concentrate or reconstituted lime and only enough other ingredients to color the drink. We were never asked if everything was ok and never asked if we would like another drink. When we got the bill, they were charging us $2.00 more for a dinner we ordered off their placemat menu with price clearly listed. When asked why the difference in price we were told it was a misprint on menu. I pointed out that it was their mistake and they did charge us then with the menu price but super disappointed.
