Prices have increased substantially. I don't see any of the older servers that were there forever at least the food seems to be hot now, but they still don't want to cut a pie

New owner prices of doubled chicken listed for 1049 is now $16 a piece of pie was $ 399 now 599 a tablespoon of ice cream $3 Plus they wanted to charge extra for gravy on the potatoes will never go back there again food was dry smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen the new owner is really gouging everyone at this rate they won't be open another hundred years they'll be lucky to make it the next 3 years

We have been there several times! This is one of our favorite places to eat. Prices are reasonable. Staff are very friendly. There is a plethora of pies and cakes and other desserts to pick from. I have even made the trip to just pick up a couple of pies for an event! Everything is homemade and delicious!!! Will continue to return there as often as we can.

A wonderful family restaurant. All the staff are so warm and friendly. Just like a big family. Food is so good and bakery products awesome. Andrew is an amazing manager. He is so caring and organized. This truly a relaxing experience.

Honestly, we've never had bad food from Watts. Always tastes fresh, always delicious and one of our favorite spots in town.
I can understand where some people have had issues with service - that can happen anywhere you go depending on the night - myself included. But I'm not going to get online and whine about it. It's one thing if it was a systemic problem but we haven't had that issue.
Overall, our experience has been 5*s.

We all loved the food! Some of us had never been there before. Our waiter, she was GREAT! We loved the Peach pie.
We're coming back this Saturday afternoon for more June 29 th. So make an extra fresh Peach pie for us please!
The birthday ladies, had a wonderful time and so did the two men that were with us!

It was a big disappointment, I had the walleye which tasted like it was fried in old oil; leaving a poor after taste!! I even tried scrapping the covering off leaving little or no fish to eat!! My wife, daughter in law and sister in law had the fried chicken with the identical taste experience, unable to eat much of their meals..
We all agreed.t was the worst meal we had ever had...Upon giving us our check the finally asked how was our meals,I complained and she said to tell it to the lady up front, which I did when asked...We will never go to Watts again, nor recommend it to anyone!!
Watts charged $13,95 for the Walleye, french fries and cold slaw!! There were plenty of fries, but I had better tasting one's at many fast food restaurants!!

3-10-18. This was our first time coming here. Four of us went to dinner. Waitress took are order and then 50 minutes later she came back, after telling us twice our food was about ready that they were out of pork that two of us ordered. One order never got her sides. No one addressed this problem. This places sucks.

The salad was fresh and very good. The chicken dinner was the worst I have every had!!! The chicken was tender but it had a raw chicken smell when I cut the meat off the bone. It was not raw but it smelled like it was. YUCK!!! Absolutely terrible! Stomach churned all night! I will drive to Newark or Mt Vernon next time I dine out.

The food was great but there is an "old dirty carpet oder"that rather turns us off. Wish they'd remove carpets and just have tile or any hard flooring. Great place space wise and location.
