While on a work trip, I had the chance to explore their impressive beer selection which included new releases and rare finds. The staff was incredibly helpful, making my experience enjoyable and easy. I'll definitely be returning whenever I'm in the area for great beers and exceptional service.

Went to the Winerak on my 21st birthday to buy my first bottle of wine, but because my gentlemanly boyfriend carried it to the register for me, the VERY UNFRIENDLY cashier would not sell it to me! I asked her if she would sell it to me if I left and came back by myself and she said NO. I will be sure to let all of my friends know that the Winerak is NOT the place to shop.

They charge you 3% when you use your credit card for Liquor"¦..buyer beware! Bad thing is they do not tell you, they just do it! Well, there are many other places that are more honest to buy your supplies!

My most frequent stops. Always kind and curtious employees. Been stopping there four to five times a week for over six years. Dang,, I've spent a pile of money in there!!

I called today to see if they carried an item I was wanting to purchase. We live an hour away BUT was willing to drive to pick up the item if they carried it BUT instead after asking the man about the item he told me he would have to go back and look. I was left holding the phone for 10 minutes and all the while I could hear the employees laughing and they never came back to the phone. What a SHAME!!! I couldn't post this without rating my experience so I had to give it 1 star but my experience didn't even deserve 1 star. ☹ï¸
