The food was served hot and fresh, and the service was exceptional during our recent visit. Our server, Emily, went above and beyond, especially with our little one. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious, making for a great dining experience. Despite the restaurant being busy, we were seated promptly with minimal wait time.

Tonight when my husband and I went to Roosters we had a man and his girlfriend sit by us at the bar. This guy was a total jerk! The bartenders were great as usual. He was obnoxious and vulgar. He continued to berate the place, the waitresses, and the cooks. This man was so obnoxious he was ruining our meal. The staff was amazing. We were there Saturday night at 430. National wing night. I just want to say the bartenders were awesome. They handled it as professionals. We love Roosters and go there at least every 2 weeks. These girls rock! They were so busy but continued to get to everyone asap. Love this place. On an ending note excuse me for calling this arrogant drunk a dick! I apologize but he was just that!! Thanks girls!!

My fiancee and i and another couple were there on wedesday September27th. We sat down and our waitress came right over and took our drink orders and brought them back. She said I'll be back. But at that time we were ready to order. We waited 10 minutes and never seen her. As asked another waitress where she was said she was taken orders outside. Waited 5 more minutes no show. So proceeded to get a manager. He said he would take care of it. A few minutes later another waitress came over and took our order. So after the time we have gotten our drinks it took 20 minutes to have our order taken. Were there all the time since were staying at the hotel next door so were be back. Usually great service smiling waitresses and good food.just thought we should of been compensated for the wait time.thanks
