Exquisite!

I've been a customer of Giovanni's for more than 40 years. Never had what I would call a "bad" pizza. Just like anywhere else I've purchased food, some are better than others. But none were bad. Never had bad service either. I have noticed that sometimes the attitude of the customer makes a big difference in how the staff responds. Just an observation.

When I first tried their pizza it was awesome but as I continued to go back about once a week the pizza got worse and worse and the manager's(Wanda) attitude got worse and worse. This place us Very inconsistent, one time the pizza would be burnt on the bottom and not cooked at all on top other times the bottom wouldn't be cooked at all and this is the kind of thin crust pizza that has to be cooked right or it's nasty, tastes like cardboard. After talking to the manager several times and having her tell me there is nothing wrong with an uncooked pizza and that this is the way it is, I took the last uncooked pizza back in to show her how uncooked it really was and all she said was have a good day, in a very nasty tone of voice. I decided not to go back for several months. This evening I decided to try it one more time and I ordered it in my daughters name for fear if she(manager) knew it was me ordering it she would spit in my pizza. I had hopes that it would be as good this time as it was the first few times that I got their pizza but I was not totally surprised when it was not, specially when it was the same manager in charge there this evening, the pizza again was way under cooked, the " crispy "thin crust was far from crispy and the cheese wasn't even completely melted. We are big pizza eaters and this had got to be the worse pizza I have ever had! Needless to say we will not give it another try.
