Just got a 20 dollar box, was telling the cashier my last experience from my order that the owner called me about. She told the cook who came to the counter and ask what was the complaint about, told her the Cole slaw was spoiled that came with my to go the last time, before I can continue, she blurted out, I CAN ONLY REPLACE THE COLE SLAW . I was not asking for a replacement which the owner said he would, I got upset and told her off.

Terrible service. Rudest young person at the order mike! I attempted to order through their website. There was nowhere to give my credit card number, so I wrongly assumed they would wait until I picked up the order in five minutes to charge me! On-line my order totaled $14.?? When I arrived I was told it would be $30.?? They hadn't gotten my order. I asked to speak to the manager. They don't know what they are doing. DONT TRY TO ORDER ON-LINE! I'll never stop there again! I rate it ZERO!

Incompetent! Didn't receive half our order. People piled up in the drive through too busy yapping with each other not paying attention to what they throw at you. Called the supposed "manager " and she is less than useless! Will not return!
