This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this McDonald's! I got off work at 9pm, made a mobile order at 9:18 and even made a screenshot! Got there before 9:30 and sat there at the window for over 5 minutes waiting on them to acknowledge me so I could let them know I had a mobile order. When she finally got on she said they was closed! I said I had a mobile order. She said we're closed. I said it's already paid for. She said I'll have to get a refund from the app! I said you've got to be kidding me! Then I went up to the window. I said what time did you close. 9:30. I said I've been sitting there for over 5 minutes! She said I wasn't, basically calling me a liar! You don't call your customer a liar! I will go there tomorrow and get the food they owe me and I will NEVER go back there! If I could give zero stars I would!
