I recently tried a small pepperoni pizza from Heavenly Pizza in Findlay and it exceeded all my expectations. The sauce had a perfect balance of sweetness, the cheese was melted just right, and the crust was flavorful and crispy. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was truly delightful.

The food is good. How ever my last experience is 100% unacceptable. Let me start with this:

I order via Grub Hub. It was delivered and I mentioned to the drive that I ordered a 2 liter bottle of DR. Pepper. Her comment was immediate and said the male manager said to her "no the order was for a 20 oz!" Well I ordered a 2 Liter
I called Heavenly Pizza and talk to a female who said she was the manager. I explained the situation and it sounded like she was going to send a driver out to swap a 2 liter for the 20 oz. But I was then put on hold. She came back on and blamed Grub Hub. I explained that it is their business responsibility as well and they could be the better person. The answer was a no. So I offered to come pick it up myself and clean up both their mistakes at the cost of a bad review. The answer was that was fine. So:
