On Sunday, 1/18/15, 1PM...We stopped to have lunch at Culver's in Nicholasville, KY...however, parking lot was full so we opted for drive thru ...We were greeted by a very young man doing 'sexy voice' routine over intercom... ..He .took our order...we paid and he asked us to pull up...We did NOT KNOW there were 5 other vehicles in front and around the corner from us...We waited for 20 minutes & when given our sack, no apologies for wait. We got home and when I opened my hamburger, I found it to be really overcooked, nearly burned, a teaspoon of lettuce and much less onion and a greeish tiny tomato.really awful...NOT up to Culver's standards...It was in no way in keeping with 'welcome to delicious' !!
We eat here frequently and at other Lexington, Ky locations and have never had a bad meal...this was THE exception!..My receipt got lost in my shuffle so sorry for delay in telling you and could not find another site where I could tell you more privately...
