We just stopped to get cones. A girl came out & said their ice cream was not frozen & they can put it upside down in a cup. We wanted cones not runny ice cream. We asked for our money back & the girl at the window said they cannot do that & our only option was to take a token to be used at another time. She said it is their policy not to return the money. I then asked for a manager & she said she was the lead person there. Wow! What terrible customer service!!

I recently tried the Breaded Veal at the restaurant and really enjoyed it. I appreciated the variety of menu options and the friendly staff, making it a great place to grab a quick and affordable meal.
