We catered pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese spaghetti, and dirty beans for a company gathering, and everyone loved it! The food was fresh, arrived on time, and truly reminded me of the BBQ from North Carillon. I can't wait to go back and try more; the pulled pork sandwich and cheesy spaghetti were favorites, and the service was fantastic!

The catered pulled pork brisket, mac and cheese spaghetti, and dirty beans were all delicious options for our company get-together. Everyone was pleased with the fresh and timely delivery of the food, making for a very happy event. The quality and flavors of the dishes reminded me of barbecue from North Carolina, truly satisfying and enjoyable.
