Pizza had a great flavor, ordered pepperoni and sausage, 16 inch. Gave me a 35 minute pick up time which I was on time, but the pizza was lukewarm, pretty skimpy on the sausage and pepperoni. I see lots of 5 star ratings so maybe just a fluke. I will give it another try, the temperature is not as much an issue as lack of toppings.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with the food. We had it for dinner and had enough left for another meal.

The food is awesome. I will definitely be ordering again.

Have had pizza several times, wow it's good.
Last time, my family was delayed and we kept it in
our home oven warming for an hour - still good.

I like the way they make it (cheese on top), I
like the crust. Good every time. About to go
out and order another one!

I first tried this place on Saturday. I went to their competitor DJ's pizza alley and try them first over the weekend. Between the two pizza places JJ's lunch box definitely is the winner hands down. The food was amazing the customer service was the best I've seen in a very long time the owner was point on he tried everything he could to make sure our experience was awesome not too many places out there have people like him that seem to care great job guys. We would definitely be returning in the future.

They have the best chicken wings around! They are simple traditional wings that are huge and meaty and exactly what a chicken wing should be! Their pizza is equally delicious. It's simple, nothing crazy, but awesome. Their customer service is on believable! We had pizza and wings delivered the other night for a party in the driver got mixed up and went to the wrong house. We waited quite a while before the pizza arrived but the pizza and wings were still delicious. The next day the owner came to my door to apologize for the mixup. I have never had anyone do anything like that. That is ridiculous level customer service and they got a customer in me for good.

Wow the food here was amazing my kids the wife and I ordered pizza cheese fries and wings it was so good I can't get over it the wings were to die for the homemade sauce I guess the owners wife makes and yes she knows best the pizza is by far the best in tippcity then for dessert we got a piece of peanut butter pie witch she makes to best pie I have put in my mouth ! When I went in to pick it up everyone was so nice everyone had a smile on there face and before I got out of the door I think everyone that works there said something to me felt like walking in my family's house Highly recommended this place to anyone that loves good food and nice people.

Tonight is the first time I tried this place. The pizza was by far the best pizza in Tipp city. The owners were very sweet and seem to care about there customers and the staff. I can't wait to try something else.

The first pizza had too much cheese and it was a little brown. The second time I ordered light cheese. One person was making the food, taking orders and running the cash register so my pizza set on the counter longer than it should have. I only live a mile away and it was slightly warm when I got home but it was good. When I found out they delivered I thought I would give them another try. When I called to order pizza for delivery the delivery man (owner) had run home. There really is no guaranteed delivery as advertised. I had to pick it up and I should have lifted the lid but I didn't. The cheese was quite brown and the edges were black. I tried a small piece and in my opinion it was over baked. Since it was inedible I decided to return it thinking they would offer to make another one or return my money. They offered a gift certificate or a new pizza which they reluctantly agreed to deliver. I was going to have them make another pizza until both owners got hostile and tried to convince me it wasn't burned. They said all their pizzas have brown cheese/ black edges to address the customer complaints for "doughy pizza". The owner's wife scolded me for giving a restaurant 3 chances because "she would never do that" and the owner kept telling me to go to Dominoes. I had enough of their rude, hostile treatment so I demanded my money back. Skip this place. They have no idea how to treat their customers or run a restaurant.
