The food at Hothead Burritos is consistently delicious, and I appreciate the friendly and efficient service from the staff. I enjoy customizing my bowl with flavorful ingredients every time I visit. The discounts and promotions they offer make dining here even more enjoyable and affordable.

I would give this a zero if I could. Working in the food industry for many years I am appalled at what I witnessed today in the Piqua restaurant. Who is running this ? I reached out to corporate , thankfully there are cameras in the place. One associate thought it was funny to reach her hand into a pan of chicken and carry a handful of chicken Over to the line into my ...yes my... chicken bowl...instead of replacing the container on the line. Then was humored by it. I went home and threw it in the trash as I don't know what all she touched ..plus walking in she brushed her hair. Who knows what else. She put not even a half a spoon of rice .I had to ask for extra just to get the right amount that they usually put in it. But what's the use...I had to throw it away. The manager on duty Chelsea...claimed she was the general manager yet told me to describe the person...then argued with me that no one worked there with curly hair. Although I never said how curly. She does have partial curls at the ends . But I didn't know at the time that I would have to give a complete description of the person before this manager would even care. Never in my life have I seen a restaurant be so unprofessional. They all need retrained . Is this the type.of business you want? Look at your most recent ratings. They are horrible...because your new staff just isn't doing well at all. Do not eat at this restaurant. Who knows what germs they are putting in your food. I will not be back until I know they fixed this issue. Watch how your food is made.all I can say and to the owners...really?? The last few reviews ...you apologize...that's it?? Where is the resolution???.
