The sandwich shop off the main road offers fast and delicious food at a great price. With a variety of options like salads, deli meats, pizzas, and subs, the shop also provides a nice selection for those wanting to build their own sandwiches. The friendly staff and affordable prices make it a convenient and satisfying choice for a meal.

Wow is all I can say... We ordered a meat lovers pizza at 7pm, an hour before they were scheduled to close at 8pm. They told us to pick it up in 30 minutes = 7:30pm. We did and when we got it home at 7:40pm we realized it was a supreme not meat lovers. So naturally, we called to ask them to fix it. They told us they were closed to which we checked the time and told them it's 7:50pm. We asked that, if they couldn't at least remake the order, could refund us. They said no there's no manager here to do that. So, we then asked for a number to call a manager but they said no & hung up on us.

We took a picture of the pizza and started to make plans to go in to ask for a manager in the morning. 20 minutes later, they called us and said "my manager says if you can prove the order was wrong then we will remake it, only 8f you prove it was made wrong" so we happily took the pizza back.

when we got there, they took the pizza and shut the door in our face. my aunt raised her voice to ask through the shut door how long it would take since the first took 30 minutes and it was cold outside. The girl stomped back to the door saying "I'm remaking it" my aunt asked again, & again she said shouted "it's being remade!"

so I counted in and said "your customer service is awesome but the way" and to this she slammed open the door and said "you need to leave or I'm calling the cops. you're not getting food or money now"

we told her to please do so because obviously our communications aren't working. Instead she called her manager's son who showed up, gave us a pizza and the disclaimer that their policy is to back their employees, who were saying our behavior was abusive, and that if they can prove that, we would be permanently banned as customers.

While we appreciated finally getting the correct pizza, it is sad to feel that My aunt, who has been a loyal customer here for 5 years, it obviously means nothing..

and after thinking through everything we can't be sure that those kids didn't spit or something in our new pizza especially witnessing them laughing the whole time it baked.

I personally, sincerely hope the owners review the camera footage and wish them better luck for the future. We love supporting local businesses but after all of this we most likely won't return and don't currently recommend this business to others.

The food was good everytime I went but I get pizza here every week and the owner is passive aggressive and rude. I wouldnt recommend going in on her shift
