First off. I have contacted Corporate 3 time starting with the day we got back. Each time, Jeremy, the district manager was supposed to call us back. Not one phone call. We were on vacation with another family. We ordered perch sandwiches to go and they screwed up the order big time. We came back to give them another chance, only asking for a few extra pieces of fish. They made a big deal out of that and charged us. They also let people smoke in outdoor dining areas very close to restaurant. Disgusting. In addition, the bartender was loudly talking smack about another employee and could not have been any nastier when I asked about alternative accommodations due to the smoking. We spent waaaaay to much money, our fault, but it will NEVER happen again. It is a glorified smoker bar on the water. Spend your money at the little dairy bar and other shops in Vermilion. Trust me. We really would like our money back. We spent a lot of money for a terrible experience.
