Just had dinner at Englewood. Our waitress Sarah was amazing, went beyond for us. Food was outstanding, especially the burnt ends and pulled pork. Bar filled with cool fireman memorabilia, loved the vibe. Would definitely return and try more meats on the menu.

I wanted this Barbq to be good because of the story and cool decor . What a disappointment to say the least . My family saw our waitress one time and that was to order our drinks and place our food order. We finally got our drinks (which would be our last over 1 1/2 hours) and food delivered from staff not our waitress . Food was ok nothing special , very small portions for the money . We asked our waitress 5 times over our 1 1/2 hour stay for refills and a blank stare is all we got . Our waitress was a female and very tall with streaks of blue hair ,we didn't get her name . I finally had enough and was getting up to leave when the waitress finally noticed us and came running over to say you know not paying is like stealing . I asked to spark to her manager which I did and he kept apologizing for her saying I don't know what's wrong with her . I feel bad for the owners , poor service and small food portions and poor quality will eventually put them out of business .

had dinner Saturday night 3/18/17 the food was ok, but the service was horrible, Waitress was rude, gave us our drinks when we came in but never checked on us again, We had to flag her down to place out order. We waited a long time for our food that the kitchen staff served us. No one offered us refills, Apparently one diet coke is supposed to last over two hours! We had to flag her down again. I smile from her would have killed her I'm certain! oh yeah,there was no manager to be found either. Just a simple explanation on why such a long wait would have gone a long way. I will never go there again and I live in Englewood I will travel to Tipp for bbq next time

My husband and I ate there today for early dinner, food was really good But was disappointed with the table being dirty ,well as the BBQ bottles, they were a mess... and shoes stuck to bathroom floor...
