There were 12 of us and everyone was amazed at the fact that every dish was extremely salty to the extent that some could not finish their meal. The merc was nicely designed but very expensive.

I ordered the chicken pot pie on our visit July 1st, and tried to decide the whole way through if I liked it or not. And what the strange flavor was. Our waitress asked the chef who said it was a white wine. We don't drink or cook with wine, have never run across a pot pie recipe that called for it, and have never seen Ree use it in a recipe. Our party wasn't overwhelmed, think we're done bringing guests there, sorry.

Called to place a call in order was told have to come in to place a to go order because no phone in kitchen area for call ins. Sent someone from the Pawhuska hospital to get a to go order. I ordered a LOADED BAKE POTATOE. You sent a baked potatoe with no butter, sour cream or anything just a potatoe. tried calling several times and a recording stating there is no on to take your call at this time and then it hangs up. This is not the first time I have ordered from here and I am not impressed with the service or the food. Too many mistakes every time.

My daughter & I went out of our way to visit your Merchantile. It was enjoyable....SO MUCH STUFF!! I bought a ""timer" for baking in the oven. When I got home..it wouldn't ding.. Is there a chance I could get my $$$ back?? It was $20.00 This was in jube..of this year.

Ate there on 3/3/2021 the food was awful. First it was cold when served, they remade it still lukewarm the second time. I took two bites of an expensive meal that wasn't worth it. My husbands order was at least hot, but he complained the whole time how his dish was not very good. That coming from a man who'll eat anything. I have eaten there before and the food was much better on those visits. I should say they weren't terribly busy so that wasn't a factor in the food quality.

Disappointed. The pancakes were tough. We sat a long time to get our food. And we had to wave our waitress down whenever we wanted more coffee.
