I ordered over the phone a combo burger meal total was 13.60 2 days later I checked my transactions and noticed it was 18.60. The delivery driver tipped herself 5$ without my authorization. Thief! I made the complaint to the general manager named Sarah and she claims she does not hire thieves and was extremely rude and defensive. The owner didn't even want to speak to me at all. Worst experience I ever had. Shocked to know this restaurant did absolutely nothing about this issue but instead claimed I wrote a 5$ tip. In the process of making a police report and reporting this business to BBB. Far beyond unsatisfied and extremely angry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL! IF YOU ORDER DELIVERY PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRANSACTIONS HISTORY FOR ANY OVER CHARGING. HORRIBLE GENERAL MANAGER!
