I recently had a very disappointing experience at Pauline's Southern Kitchen in Yukon, OK, and I feel the need to share my negative experience with others. Firstly, I was shocked at the high price of the food. I found the prices to be exorbitant and not worth the value for money.
Additionally, the service was incredibly slow, and my food took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive. This made for an extremely frustrating and unpleasant dining experience.
To make matters worse, I found the manager to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I was appalled that someone in a management position could treat customers in such a manner.
Lastly, to add insult to injury, my burger arrived in disarray, with every little ingredient packed into individual containers, leaving me to put together my own burger. This was not only inconvenient but also unappetizing, and I couldn't help but feel like I was being punished for ordering a burger.
Overall, my experience at Pauline's Southern Kitchen was an absolute disaster, with high prices, slow service, rude management, and unsatisfactory food presentation. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I implore the management to make necessary changes to improve their customer experience.

Loved everything we got. Chicken Pot pie awesomeness. We live close and this will be a weekly stop. Live music and happy hour on weekends. The hours posted above incorrect. Open for lunch. My one and only complaint is- they make a beautiful clean salad but alas only offer Ranch Dressing which I find disgusting. I will bring my own

We've tried this restaurant three times and were disappointed all three times. The chicken fried steak, chicken livers and onion rings were overcooked and very crunchy. We were there with another couple. Instead of giving each couple their own salad and bread, the four of us got one bowl of salad and limited bread. When we asked for more salad, our server told us that's all we get because each couple was sharing a meal. Each couple should have gotten their own salad and bread according to what the menu said. On one of the visits, my husband and I shared a chili cheeseburger. The shredded cheese was just laying on top of the meat patty-not melted, etc. and my husband said it felt like his part of the hamburger patty had a piece of crushed bone in it. We got the coconut cream pie. It tasted and looked like vanilla pudding, cool whip and some coconut on top. We'd like this restaurant to succeed since Yukon is mainly chain or fast food restaurants. But their food needs a lot of work.
