03/27/2021 - Undervalued Arby's Customer
This was the worse customer service that we ever received. He did his best to get rid of us, in the middle of an order that another girl was taking for us. She was most polite as are everyone one else we encounter there are. This seemed to be a new manager or someone who made sure to let us know that he was large and in charge. It was like a bully tactic. Wrong guy for customer service, as we are an elderly couple and deserve to be treated with respect.
