So when you have a menu item on your menu online that you advertise for a special on a certain day and it says how much it is but then when you have a customer come to pay. You basically want to say that customer is lying and you've never had that item advertised as much. That you only go on that is up on your window. Then you go get a manager or another lady at the window cause you all are saying I'm basicly lying and don't even want to listen. And when I go back to my car to get my phone to show you what it says on line so that you can change it then you slam the window in my face. All I was saying is there are people who look on line. Change your dam menu then if you don't like customers saying the truth and questioning prices. That is unexceptable. I used to love dairy deal in salina. I told everyone how good they are. Well guess what as sad as this is you have just lost a loyal customer. You do not have to be rude like the way you treated me. If you don't like your menu price being questioned take down the dam menu online and change it. Don't be rude and slam the window in people's face. I don't care how darn hot it is. Your in a customer service business learn how to treat your customers. I'll just give Norm's Cafe and Pig n out my business for now on. I won't be back to Dairy Deal if they continue to have people like that work for them.

Rude management. Manager doesn’t want to replace incorrectly made orders- wanted me to scrape the toppings off if a meat patty so she could give me a clean bun.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place the best burger I have ever had I live 1 hour away and I drive here just for the burger!! Real friendly service too, I have never had an issue they are the best......I highly recommend Dairy Deal!!

I live locally and this is by far the best food in town. I would recommend the Chicken and Cheese;Its what I always get and never tire of it.

Stopped here on a weekend cruise through. Never heard about this place before, so I wasn't expecting much. The food came out quickly and to my surprise was very good. Employees were friendly and yes I'll stop here again.
