This Mexican restaurant is my favorite due to its delicious food and outstanding service. The friendly staff, quick service, and great atmosphere keep me coming back for more.

Very clean and good food. Wasn't able to stop and dine there in a few years but recently when I went back, the food and service was just as great as it was the first time I ate there.

We eat at Los Vaqueros about once a month, love the food and the friendliness of the wait staff. When family come over the Holidays they can't get enough of the food at Los Vaqueros,( at least 6 meals in a two week period).

We eat here regularly with no problems but the last time we went we asked for a booth and were told we had to wait. No problem until we waited up front for 15 or 20 minutes for our booth but instead of seating us they seated the customers that had just walked in the door and then didn't even apologize just walked around away from us. So we left and they lost our business

First off this is a MEXICAN restaurant not a Tex-Mex restaurant. Ergo, the people who gave it bad ratings because it isn't Tex-Mex were looking for a different type of food. I eat at this restaurant at least 3 times a week. The service is always fast, friendly and helpful. The food is great. It is authentic MEXICAN food and they have fantastic prices. If you are confused and want Tex-Mex, I've seen an On the Boarder or there's a Taco Mayo just down the street.

I ate here and the food was a great price and the place was fairly busy. Since that I have drove by many many times and it consistently is busy. the "cheese sauce" was a little different and odd. but everything else was great! the food was very good, and no the chile was not hormel. I had the chicken chimichanga and tecate. the rice, beans, salsa, everything was really good and the Tecate was amazing and served how mexican restaurants should serve their beers. I am not a local but I am from around here and this is one of the better mexican food restaurants in Oklahoma city and beats taco bell hands down.

LOVE Los Vaqueros!! The food is great and we eat Mexican food all over OKC area.. Very Friendly Staff and Clean.. I know a ton of people who come from all of OKC to eat there.. Don't miss the good food.. Go try it for yourself..

The worst Mexican food EVER. I've lived in Texas and had authenic and Tex-mex and this place is horrible. The chips were stale and the so called salsa is just tomatoes and water. I ordered the enchiladas and they top them with hormel chili which I took one bite and could not take another bite. I'm not sure why this place gets business unless the locals are just setteling and do not know what good Mexican food should taste like! Do not waste your money on a 10 dollar plate of nastiness. I'm hispanic and would ear taco bell instead of this place.

Does not deserve one star. Very disappointed in the food esp the chips and salsa. The food is not good and not authenic nor tex-mex. Left a full plate of food. The only good part was the bottled beer.

My family loves coming here for a casual and budget friendly Friday night out with our child. Always great service, great food, and even better prices. I do have to say that the food seems to better if your sitting in the dining room and not to go.

Best food and service in all Oklahoma. These guys know how to do it right. From the first time you walk in the door, they immediately make you feel at home. Food and service are always consistent and the atmosphere is very inviting. I strongly recommend the three Mexican tacos. Oh, and don't forget to ask for the salsa.
