We come to Lucille's a few times a month and have for years, but we have noticed that it has really gone downhill service wise and somewhat on food also. We came in recently during lunch and waited a little over 10 minutes to be greeted at our table after being told to seat ourselves and wait staff & a manager walking by and looking at our table several times. They were not busy, maybe two other tables were there. Then after ordering, where most of us ordered very quick items on the menu (veggie plates), it took nearly 20 minutes just to get the salads then another almost 20 minutes for the food to arrive. This place used to have great service but it seems prompt service is not a priority anymore.

Terrible food. Terrible management. Gave them 5 chances with 5 different menu items. Will never return
