With the COVID pandemic going on, and our company being an essential business we've been ordering our employees lunch each day from local businesses to minimize our employees having to leave the building as well as support local companies. Mazzio's was having a special so we decided to order with them for today. We've used them in the past and had no issues. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time. For starters the lady at the carry out window had no gloves on. She had just served a car before me when I pulled up and I saw no sanitizer in sight. I paid via company check and she needed my ID, which I was really hesitant on giving due to a whole global pandemic and again seeing no precautionary actions on her end, but proceeded as I understood since it is a company check. So, after closing the window, going to the counter, picking up a pen, writing my info on the check from my ID, opens the window to give me my ID back, all without sanitizing. Mind you I'm sanitizing in my car as I witness this. She proceeds to give me my order. 30 personal pizzas"¦she hands them to me in stacks of 6, one, which was very close in getting into a car window, two again no gloves so we're handing off pizza without any protection, and third, then proceeds to say "that's it". No thank you, no see you next time, nothing. But what got me, what tops this whole review off is one of my guys find a ridiculously long hair in his pizza!! Very disappointed in the entire service received from this Mazzio's location. It seems to be clear safety isn't their first priority during such a crucial time.
