This place has really gone downhill. Before the pandemic it was a favorite. Not sure why the pies are not up to previous standards but both of the times I'd ordered over past few months the crust has cooked uneven and this last time was burned that at least 4 slices were not edible. It's very hard to get through to place an order by phone as they ask you to hold and are still holding 5-7 min later. Guessing they don't need my business or yours.

All I ever heard about Sam and Ellas was good
First and last time I go there- I ordered ham and cheese and others in party ordered pizza and one other sandwich didn't ever get it then had to reorder it and asked if it would be ready soon waitress came back and said it was burned Gave up everyone was about finished eating

Had the WORST experience ever there. Had a party of 10 we were never greeted by a server, one of our party had to get up and get the drinks and so did other customers for their parties. The woman that finally showed up looked through us. Acted like she wrote our orders down which we placed at the same time. Took almost 2 hours to eventually get part of our order. And at time she forgot the appetizers , and two of the pizzas, and what she brought was completely wrong. She was an older woman and was completely rude. Did not refill drinks nor apologize for the complete mistake of our orders. Then she never returned but expected a tip at checkout. Asked to speak to a manger and the excuse from another server was "¦ there wasn't one there. Then she said that the manager there is in the back and is not a "people person".. Well if you are in working with the public and over ppl that's job is serving ppl, you might want to "people person" because honestly you aren't doing your job. This was a mistake on customer service, attitudes, and service. Plus they wanted to argue about what was delivered and what wasn't. Horrible experience will never recommend nor return.

We love this place. My husband loves pizza and this is his favorite pizza ever. The crust is so delicious! You won't throw it away. The Artie toast is one of our favorites. I love the Dominiquer with red sauce instead of white and my husband loves The Rock Island Red. We've brought quite a few people here and everyone else loves it too. Name is funny but it's a college town, so make sense. Can't wait to go again. We drive over an hour to get there.

Pizza was cold, took over an hour for my food. Ordered pizzas and they didnt give us all of them, they said their manager wasn't in so they couldn't refund our money for the one we didn't get. Told us to come back next day. Came back next day, no manager or anyone to help us, when we asked if they had someone who could help us, the girl that came up literally told us to "go f&$@ ourselves!" Actual words! Asked for the manager number again and they told us they were going to call the cops. Come to find out that the foul mouth woman is the owner, Andrea! What kind of place are you running here!? Don't even bother coming to this place if you expect any type of service or half decent pizza. Very disappointing a restaurant is even allowed to continue to run with such disgusting, ignorant people working there.

I worked at what was TCH and Trinity Hospice for 5 years. I ate at Sam and Ella's every other week on payday. Never had anything I didn't like. My hubby and I have decided to drive over from Tulsa to get a bite!

Great place to eat. Everything is delicious wish it was closer to where I live so I could go often.... You won't be disappointed !!!!

Fast friendly service, food was delivered to the table quickly pizza was baked perfectly,
fresh crisp salads (the ranch is made in house)
everything was wonderful! I want to live here!!! What a treat!

We went to Sam & Ella's in a group we sat in 3 different tables . We didn't receive our food until 2.5 hours after our arrival that was 1 table. The other table didn't get drinks or food after they had ordered 2.5 hours prior and were told it would be another hour before their sandwiches would be ready. This is the worst service I have ever experienced I was also embarrassed that I had encouraged the group to go to Sam & Ella's after the River City Players musical. We went immediately to Sam & Ella's were there at 4:10pm While we were waiting to be seating 4 people were seated immediately we told them no problem we could be placed at different tables. You now have lost 15 potential future customers due to your inadequate service obviously your staff has not been trained and is not supervised basically the fault is with the management of this restaurant.

Best Pizza. First time and we will be back. Great service by sweet young ladies working hard to make our visit the best. Great atmosphere with all the chicken memorabilia. Clean and easy to find.

The food is good but the service is poor. All kids working and they do not give a crap.
