I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was prompt with a positive energy. The gnocchi dish was absolutely delicious, and Isabell, the rooftop bartender, provided exceptional service with a warm and attentive approach.

Not a positive experience! My 2 friends ordered Motito's and were told in the 30 min they waited for their drinks that the mint was coming up on the "dumbwaiter"! when drinks were served, the mint was limp and had black spots on it. YUK!!! The staff should have suggested they make another choice or they should have been told that there was no fresh mint available or most importantly their drinks should have been comped! The manager's response when viewing the YUK mint was "Oh I'm so sorry about that!" REALLY??!!! To top it off, my one friends pizza was delivered COLD - so much for all the hype about their WONDERFUL brick oven freshly made pizza!! Maybe coming up in the "dumbwaiter" was demise of that!! Was a pleasant evening and great view as we were sitting at top on the balcony but any feeling of wanting to come back was totally overshadowed by the negativity of the whole experience!!
