Just read the March '24 review of Jason, and I agree with his observations. Food was good, we came in at 2:30 pm and the place was mostly deserted, so the service was prompt and attentive. This is probably the only restaurant in the world that does not serve tap water. You need to pay 50 cents for every bottle of water. I confronted the waiter and all he could tell me was that he didn't own the place 😃. He couldn't justify the environmental impact of all those plastic bottles that needed to be forcibly sold to their hapless patrons. And for our party of 7, we were charged $390, the exact amount charged to Jason.

Food was very good, service was slow. They did not have any hand sanitizer in the bathrooms and no ranch dressing, yes, I am aware that it is Korean BBQ but I we were on vacation and a couple of picky eaters with us who only wanted fries with ketchup or ranch, still paid $35 plus drink, tax and gratuity per person as it was a Saturday and the price goes up on Saturday. The food was very, very good, service was really slow and when our server did come around, he seemed to be a bit impatient with us. There were 8 in our group, seven of which never had any experience with KBB. Our total came to $390.00 but the quality of food and the cleanliness of the restaurant made the cost worth it and we will be back soon, hopefully the service will be better.
