Charlie's has a vibrant atmosphere that draws us in week after week, with friendly service and mouthwatering dishes that never disappoint. From the delicious Buffalo chicken sandwich to the unforgettable wet tacos, every visit feels like a celebration, especially with the fun of SINGO and the welcoming crowd.

I called many places in search of corned beef and cabbage, it's St. Patrick's day, the girl said yes we have it!! We got there to pick it up and upon opening the container, there to my surprise sat a Ruben sandwich!!! I asked and her reply was, the chef didn't tell me we weren't having corned beef and cabbage!!! They also charged a Service fee, I just noticed on the reciept.what is that??? I paid $40. For 3 rubens!! Outrageous!!

Worst service I have ever received. Arrived around 6 pm, the restaurant was not busy (I could see five people at the bar and that's it).
We sat at a booth and waited over ten minutes with no service. The employees made eye contact several times and still ignored us.
Finally I took out my cell phone, called the restaurant, and had to ask them to come serve us.
I called the restaurant the next day and got the same person who'd ignored us, who is apparently a manager. This is probably where the wait staff learned their "customer service".
Their service and food have both always been hit or miss, but this was a new low for them.
I'd rather find a restaurant who doesn't act like their customers are an annoyance.
