The Southern Style Catfish was finger-licking good and didn't break the bank. The cozy fishing camp lodge vibe added to the experience, and the Walleye was a hit - definitely worth a return visit.

Took the 'road trip' from rural Iowa last month with my Dad. We both enjoyed the walleye! My Dad asked for a strawberry daiquiri, which the very nice server informed us they have no blender, but recommended a 'boat drink', which my Dad enjoyed. We returned tonight looking forward to that 'boat drink' and our server knew nothing of, nor offered to check. We had been looking forward to that 'boat drink' and chatted about all the drive there. Next visit... Boat Drink!! Hopefully.

We were there June16th. We got to seat ourselves in the bar. There were 2 tables of 9 each 2of 4 each a couple of 2 each and our table of 4. I counted 30. One very nice waitress waiting all tables..She took care of everyone of us with ease. The food came out fast. Fish crispy and hot fries crispy and hot. cole slaw cold just as it should be. She went from table to table filling glasses with whatever you wanted. She talked to everyone.. I understand good help is hard to find, hope she stays forever. I want to give the kitchen a super job, because everything was hot. We come a couple of times a month, great food and great help. Prices are great. We will be back. The Baker family

Food is ok, but the service sucks -ss. They have no idea of what is going on.

I went to Catfish on the Lake this past Sunday after church and it was just beautiful. It is not a real fancy place but the service and the atmosphere was so awesome. I felt really relaxed like I was at home but on the lake. They have small flat screens at the tables and other ones thoughout the restaurant. I was so impressed and will be making this a Sunday after church event and will be trying it as a Friday night date spot for me and my fiance.

we love to eat there and so do all 5 of our kids and grandkids. We have tried pretty much every entree on the menu and they are all excelent
