I recently tried the Vietnamese beef stew, Bo Kho, at this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the blend of basil, carrots, lemongrass, star anise, ginger, and light cinnamon in the tender beef. The broth had a delightful balance of sweetness and savoriness, making it a dish worth trying.

I absolutely love this restaurant after spending 2 years in Texas and getting used to there food. I moved back up to Omaha and searched for Vietnamese. After a couple restaurants Saigon won my heart with great pho and spring rolls! The serves maybe slow but everyone is so nice and helpful, and well worth the wait. Give it a try I go there almost once a week! And I will never go any where else!

A casual place to get authentic food at an affortable price, however, the service is horrible sometimes if you try to request anything special. One time I got the wrong thing and the waiter argued and said, "I no make mistake!" I suggest just get your food to go. Anyway a good place to get fun but no a place for a date at all.
