We were seated right away and handed menus while waiting for our friends to show up, and the service was fantastic. I ordered the New York strip cooked medium, which was thick and juicy, and the side of creamy mashed potatoes smothered in white gravy was delicious. The prices are unbeatable, and we enjoyed playing keno and having unlimited soft drinks. The food and service are consistently great, and I always have a good time here.

Went in to get something to eat before a big concert. Waited over 10 minutes for a waitress to get our drink order and menus. Waitress never stopped by or acknowledge us. We'll never go back.

We order food, when it didn't come the way we order thing went bad!!! One person took the order the bar tender brought the food. We ask for the condiments we didn't get, big mistake!!!
We were told that the waitress didn't put it in right there's nothing she can do about it we had to ask a second time for them!!' They were very clear the waitress texted order the bartender has to run her food and they are busy and they don't have time to get on it, so you're just gonna have to wait. There was more attitude out of both the waitress and the bartender than I have had in at least five years of dealing with the server! I would not recommend Ralston Keno if you plan on eating the people apparently are overworked as I explained a few times that they are not staffed to do it. The waitress was getting extremely loud when we asked why we can just get our stuff. This happened on Thursday the 14th about 1215 in the afternoon! Being a place for Keno they obviously do not care about customers if they are satisfied or not!

Stopped in to get some food and waited over 20 minutes before our waitress came over. We moved seating areas since she was more concerned with saying goodbyes and giving hugs instead of taking our order. Worst service I've ever had there.
