If I cud give a 0.00001 star I would. This place is getting pathetic. What happened to good staff that has been here for years. Been coming here everytime I come back to the cottage but this past Monday was pathetic. Will not be back. Was told a 30 min wait , yet wasn't overly busy. Then I get my burger and fries, burger was burnt and fries were cold. Was there Sunday when was alot busier, ( the 2 regular workers were there Dawn and Lisa) had my burger and fries in 15 minutes which was hot a delicious. Was also told that Lisa won't be back. Well needless to say, neither will I. Another customer told me the owner was cooking. He better get the girls in there to teach him how to cook and run it efficiently. I would advise anyone to think twice before coming to this chip truck.

Pulled in there today. Was TOLD to move my vehicle as it was Staff Parking. Mentioned that I didn’t see a sign and was told there was no sign. Told her I had a Handicap Parking Permit and I was told they don’t have Handicap Parking, yet their website mentions that it is Wheelchair Accessible.( Parking area is all stones).
I have been frequently stopping at Leo’s, at least 4 times a summer, for over 10 years now.
What this lady should realize is that she didn’t just loose a sale she lost a customer for life!!
If she now owns the business it looks good on her. Her -ss should be fired ASAP if she is an employee before she completely puts it out of business.
I abruptly left, not to be seen by them again!!

I go to leo's all the time! I used to love it but I have noticed that is year is their worst year yet and it has only started. I have gone 3 times this year and can not make up my mind to go back. The first time I went this year, the fries were awful! They where cold and they put so much gravy on them that it was like eating soup. The second time the same thing happened. This time I ordered a chicken burger and it was all breading. Now I have noticed that there prices have gone up and I realize that it is more then likely because of covid but to charge so much for a chicken burger and there be no chicken? Also they took away the combo meals and kids meals. I asked and they said its because of covid. I have a young child that cant eat a whole full size meal. They get upset when you order just one chicken finger. Its more then likely because they have no idea what to charge. They need to step up there game a bit here.

I have been a long standing customer of Leo's Chip Truck but never again, 3 times this year I have been there and today is going to be the last, all 3 times my order has been messed up. Today I ordered a cheeseburger and recieved a hamburger but on top of no cheese it was burnt and the young led thought it was funny, the older women that was working with him was very apologetic and offered to make me a new burger and provided to do so and it was perfection. The last time I was there was on Mother's Day and that poor woman that has been there for a few years was pretty much doing everything , she told me she would be with me in a minute, she was dropping fries, flipping burgers and grabbing stuff from freezer of fridge while the young girl was standing with her finger up her -ss. It is sad when employers can't hire dependable help that makes the job easier on reliable employees. Sorry but this is a reflection on the employer not the long standing employees that have always done their jobs. My rant is over. I just hope others will reflect and pay attention to what is really going on at this establishment.
