The restaurant served the best turkey I've ever had for Thanksgiving. The food was good quality and the service was quick and attentive, making it worth the price.

Sorry. Singapore style noodles and curry chicken were bland. The hot and sour soup was very good though.

In 2003, we became loyal customers of North China Buffet. They have gone downhill in recent years, and the owner doesn't care about their loyal customers. We received cold orders several times recently. Last time we ordered, our order took 90 minutes to arrive. Upon arrival, it was cold. Rose, the owner of the business, assured us that she would make things right next time. As we went to order our meal tonight, she offered us a ten percent discount, which we found unacceptable when our last meal was cold. So tonight we placed a $45 order with Buffet garden. It is now time for us to take our business elsewhere. Customer service is everything and they are missing their mark.

Would have given 0 stars if that was an option!Took my family to dinner tonight as a treat and ended up having to argue with the owner. My daughter is allergic to seafood, so we stay away from anything that obviously has sea food as well as anything directly beside it. Because of this my daughter only eats the pan fried noodles and some broccoli, which she loves. Now today we went and they had seafood right beside the noodles...oh uh. So I asked them if possible to grab some that wasn't put out yet, they gladly did. Now as this food is mass produced due to the buffet you would think another plate wouldn't be a big deal right?! WRONG! They refused to make her another plate and said she could eat the ones at the buffet, I kindly explained to the owner that she couldn't eat them due to allergies. She still refused to make another plate stating they were too busy with take out orders and that my daughters first plate was considered a "take out order". I at this point am not very happy and I more sternly explain again why she can't eat the ones at the buffet and again she refuses. I then refused to pay for my daughters food at buffet cost as Now I have to take her elsewhere to grab her something else for dinner. The waitress who did up the bill, was not allowed to take her order off obviously and proceeded to try and charge for my daughter. Again i refused to pay, owner come back to till and then said i will pay for the "take out" she did eat. Ok ya whatever, least not full price for nothing. My daughter who has developmental disabilities now feels bad because and feels its her fault because she couldn't eat what was there and I fought with the owner, even though it's not her fault at all. Needless to say I will not be returning here ever again.

The food is always hot and fresh and big portions here ...plus very cheap!!
