12 of our family ate at Black Birch today for my sister-in-laws 75th birthday. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The staff was courteous and did the service well. Will definitely recommend to others as well as come back with friends and family.Our compliments to the chef!

We had recommended this restaurant to my daughter and husband so we took them Sunday January 8. We were all extremely disappointed with our prime rib dinner. When we phoned the owner agreed that the beef was tough as he had tried it himself later that evening. We were offered no compensation and will not return.

My family took our grandmother for a birthday lunch and unfortunately out experience was quite bad. The service was horrible. They refused to serve the birthday cake we brought for our grandmother since she likes a particular one that wasn't on the menu. We didn't mind so much that they wouldn't let us serve the cake but how rude they were in handling the situation. Needless to say, we won't be back!

Please disregard Isabel's review below. I was in attendance and, as much as I disagree with insurance policy of us letting serve our own cake, it is what it is. The service was good, the food was great, and I will be going again.
