We went to Jimmy's before a show at The Empire for New Year's Eve and it was fantastic. The sauce at Jimmy's is my favorite, even though I know not everyone is a fan.

The only thing worse than their awful food, is their horrible customer service!!
I have never once written a bad review in my life, but this experience has pushed me to warn others.
THE FOOD:
I ordered a pasta order for my staff team which was 12 pasta orders. We picked it up, and sat down to eat and it was absolutely disgusting! The meatballs were SOUR, those that got chicken said it was off/tasted funky and the lasagna had no beef, just layers of ham/spam. Every meal was covered in a layer of baked cheese that was thick and gross. Typically we would manage and just eat the pasta, but even the pasta noodles tasted so weird, they had been cooked and then frozen maybe? And the sauce was inedible. EVEN THE GARLIC BREAD WAS STALE AND GROSS. My staff team travels all over with me and will eat literally anything, but all 12 pastas were genuinely unpalatable and ended up in the garbage and some staff felt sick from the few bites they took. I felt awful and ended up having to rush out and buy new food for the staff team.
THE SERVICE:
I went back the restaurant later to express my disappointment and see what could be done. First, I stood at the front for over 10 minutes (in stifling heat of their restaurant) as they ignored me. Finally, I asked if I please speak to someone and a worker said "one minute", but then goes back to burning pizza and doesn't get anyone. A full 5-10 minutes later the other woman comes over and I express that the food was off and nobody could eat it, it tasted so odd and that we were worried it was expired. She said she's never heard that complaint and she couldn't help. When we asked for a manager, she said the manager wasn't there, then later she said that she was the manager, then later the manager was in the back, then later she said no he's not"¦what a mess!!! When I explained that I am not looking for a full refund, but some just type of discount (or even an apology for our bad experience). ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THAT I SPENT OVER $200 ON FOOD THAT ALL HAD TO GET THROWN OUT! I even explained that I had to buy a whole new dinner for my staff team and she said that there was nothing to be done because they gave us the food already. I was denied the manager or boss's phone number when I asked for his business card. I have genuinely never had such bad customer service in my life and a blatant lack of trying to make things right.
SAFETY:
Aside from the indoor area being extremely hot and most definitely unsafe working conditions, I could also see that the kitchen was absolutely FILTHY from top to bottom and that the staff had their covid masks on their chin the whole time, not covering their mouth or nose even as they cooked, cut pizzas and breathed all over the food and each other. WHAT?! By the time I gave up and left the restaurant, I smelled so badly of smoke for the rest of the day from being in there for 25 minutes.
LONG STORY SHORT, AVOID THIS JIM'S AT ALL COSTS!!!

ordered a club sandwiches with fries they put the fries on top of the club house sandwiches so i got screwed for a sandwich call back the guy argues with me on the phone thats normal wow
