The restaurant offers generous portion sizes, which can be overwhelming for some guests. Despite the large portions, the food quality is excellent and made from scratch. It's worth noting that some aspects, such as the lack of flute glasses for Prosecco and unconventional pasta choices in certain dishes, may not align with typical expectations.

The food is amazing. Yes it takes a long time to come out..... BUT ITS ALL MADE FROM SCRATCH....INCLUDING THE PASTA NOODLES. Good food takes time. If your in a rush; go to McDonalds.

We have been going to Piccolos for years! Just want to tell
everyone what a special, elegant place this is and the amazing food
we have! We always start with garlic fingers freshly homemade - amazing and
Addictive to say the least! I have had their Maurice salad after that and I have NEVER
had such an amazing, fresh, crispy salad ever! My husband usually goes for the
Panzerotti but must take it to go after 2-3 bites! Just want to say that their staff
is really busy but have always treated us like gold! Always feel like more food than we
can eat but hey - lunch and dinner the next day! Worth every penny and
every minute we wait! Hard to find such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere
anywhere! Kudos to all that made Piccolos a great success!

Just returned from Piccolo's. The food was excellent. We ordered the garlic bread right away. The place was packed but it didn't take long to get them. We had two children with us. Their fries came at the same time as our salads. Their meals came first...lasagna and spaghetti with a meatball. Our meals came shortly after. Everything was delicious. We were there for 2 hours but it didn't feel that long. Joe was an excellent waiter. The kids are already asking to go back.

It was beautiful when you walk in, but after that everything is just sloppy, careless, and extremely slow. The waitress was condisending, rude, and careless. We waited 2 hours and had not even recieved a app the we ordered immediatley upon arrival. To get our beer took almost 30 min. We felt like we didnt matter because other tables around us would be tended to, not as slowly or rudely but still treated like crap. Finally after being fed up with waiting and we go to pay for what we had (beer and orange juice $30) to leave and the waitress says "thats fine doesnt matter" and walks away. Do not go here unless you want to be treated like crap and way over pay!!

I was disappointed. The wait for food was really long. I cannot have any dairy and I ordered a chicken pasta dish that had no dairy in it, according to the menu. In fact I asked the waitress what was in it first. When I received the dish, after an hour wait, it was covered in cheese. I asked the waitress and she said that they put cheese on every dish. How about asking people if they want cheese first, like most restaurants do. Especially since the dish had no cheese in it according to the menu!
