For a recent potluck, I picked up samosas from a small takeout restaurant, and they were a hit with my guests-almost all of them were gone! The vegetarian samosas were delicious, and I loved that they were very well-priced at just $0.50 each. This little spot has a friendly atmosphere and offers a wide variety of dishes, so I'm already planning my next visit to try more of their tasty offerings.

Whenever I am in the Stoney Creek/Hamilton area I pop into the restaurant to pick up samosas to eat right away and to take some home. They are absolutely amazing. Best I've had anywhere in southern Ontario or Western New York. Nice and fresh and spicy. Plus the accompanying sauce is a perfect complement.

Himalya Resturant offers Punjabi Indian food at the very reasonable price. Best Indian flavors our favorite is Dahi-Bhala, veg samosa, chana bhatura
Indian sweets are also always fresh - Jalebi, kaju katari
Customer service is also good.

We love Himalya Restuarant. Unlike other places they use limited salt and oil and it tastes like home cooked food. We visit very often and love their food very much.
